Jon Baxter is a writer/director who under his own production house JÁEN, has worked for Universal music, Warner, BMG, W hotels, EMI and more. He has also worked as a Production Assistant for two Hollywood movies.

Jon has received multiple award nominations for his own short films and music videos, and is now developing a number of feature film concepts.

Damian has directed award winning short films and music videos for ARIA nominated artists, and has also worked extensively in the Locations Department on major studio productions including Marvel, Disney, Paramount, Netflix & Legendary.

A former homeless teenager and Australian Army veteran, his storytelling explores personal choice, resilience and survival through commercially engaging stories.
